Arntzen rolls concentric reducing cones. Our cone rolling experience began in the 1970’s when we had only 1 plate roll. Since then we have continually added plate rolls. Our capabilities have grown in thickness, diameter and length of cones rolled.

Eccentric & Offset Reducing Cones

Arntzen rolls eccentric and offset reducing cones. Arntzen’s experience and rolling techniques enable us to roll many different configurations that previously could only be produced by press forming with line bends.

Segmented Reducing Cones

Size, angle of reduction and intended use can dictate that reducing cones are produced in segments. Segments can be produced by rolling or press forming.
