Arntzen uses combinations of Rolling and Press-forming to produce complex shapes. Producing these parts begins with the ability to engineer the perfect flat pattern and understanding the physical properties of the material being formed. The computer generated pattern is downloaded to our CNC gantry shape cutting machine. The plate is then flame cut or plasma cut to shape.
