7. RFQs and Sales Contact Forms

The Website allows visitors to request quotations and request contact from an Arntzen sales representative.

When appropriate, information from an inquiry may subsequently be entered into Arntzen's CRM. This may include both information about the individual contact and the individual's company or organization.

If an inquiry results in an order or customer relationship, relevant information may also be transferred into Arntzen's ERP system and communicated to accounting or other personnel as reasonably necessary to process, administer, and fulfill the transaction.

Users may also upload drawings, specifications, purchase orders, or other documents through applicable RFQ forms.

8. Marketing Communications

Arntzen does not currently use Website RFQ or contact-form submissions to automatically enroll individuals in email marketing campaigns.

Arntzen may, however, use business contact and mailing-address information obtained through RFQs, inquiries, customer relationships, or similar business interactions to send physical direct-mail communications concerning Arntzen products and services.
